-To provide an ongoing Christian Ministry for incarcerated juvenile offenders in correctional facilities.

-To provide an aftercare Christian education, spiritual and moral training for released inmates of juvenile programs. Teaching the values of Christ as well as moral and ethical living.

-To provide Christian temporary living quarters for released offenders while offering continued support for these releases. Assisting with placement in church, work, and social areas.
